Every piece of equipment has been hand-picked by us to ensure it’s the perfect fit for our gym and our members. We are home to the perfect blend of unique, specialist equipment right here in the heart of Derby.

We opened the gym in November 2019 and have since had to deal with three lockdowns, which significantly impacted our growth. But this didn’t stop us. We have continued to reinvest and build on what we started, with constant upgrades and new equipment added to our ever-growing training facility.

We pride ourselves on not only being a great place to exercise but also on building an amazing community of like-minded individuals, whether you’re here to keep fit, compete, or simply enjoy training in a social environment.
